How Naspect collects, uses, stores and protects the information shared with us through this website, its forms and our work.

Who we are
This website is operated by Naspect, a fashion transformation consultancy based in Beirut, Lebanon, working across the region and internationally. Naspect is the data controller for the information described in this policy. Questions about it, and requests about your information, go to info@naspect.net.
What we collect, and why
Enquiries and Diagnostic requests. When you write to us through this website — a general enquiry, a message from the contact page or a Diagnostic request — we receive what you choose to share: your name, email address, company, role, the situation you describe, the decision in front of you and its timing. We use it to reply, to prepare for the conversation you have asked for and, where a working relationship follows, to carry out that work and keep the records a business is required to keep.
Specialist network applications. If you introduce yourself as a specialist we receive your name, email, location, discipline, portfolio link, description of your services and experience, the markets you can support and, if you attach one, your CV. We use it to consider you for relevant future work and to contact you about it. We process it on the basis of the consent you give on the form; you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Technical information. Our hosting provider records the standard server logs any website generates — IP address, browser, pages requested and timings — to keep the site secure and available. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure service to do so.
We do not ask for more than we need, and no form on this site requests sensitive financial information.
Who handles it for us
Your information is processed by a small number of service providers acting on our instructions: Netlify, which hosts the website; Resend, which delivers form submissions to our inbox and sends you a confirmation; the email and document tools we use to run the business; and Cloudinary, which serves the site’s images and video. Each is bound by its own contractual and security commitments. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
A specialist’s profile is never shared with a client without asking the specialist first.
Where it goes
Naspect works internationally, and the providers above operate in the United States and the European Union, so your information may be stored and processed outside the country you write from. Where a transfer leaves a jurisdiction with data-protection law, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer — standard contractual clauses and equivalent commitments — and on the minimum necessary information travelling in the first place.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and Diagnostic requests are kept for up to two years after our last exchange, or for the life of an engagement and the period afterwards that law and accounting rules require.
Specialist profiles and CVs are kept for up to two years from the date you send them, unless you ask us to remove them sooner or you join a piece of work, in which case the engagement’s own retention applies.
Server logs are held by our hosting provider for a short, rolling period measured in weeks.
Confidentiality
Much of our work is discreet by nature. Anything you tell us about your business is treated as confidential from the first message, whether or not we go on to work together. Case studies published on this site are shared with the client’s approval and are anonymised unless the client has agreed to be named.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Submissions are validated on our server before they are sent, attachments are checked for type and size, repeated submissions from one connection are limited, and access to the inbox and tools that hold your information is restricted to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we will tell you without undue delay if we learn that your information has been compromised.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics scripts at present. If we introduce analytics, it will be aggregated, will not identify you personally, and this section will say so.
The Diagnostic request form keeps a draft of your answers in your own browser’s session storage so a reload does not lose them; that draft never leaves your device and is cleared when the request is sent or the tab is closed.
Your rights
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, ask us to stop using it, ask for a copy of it, and withdraw any consent you have given. Write to info@naspect.net and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to the data-protection authority in the country you live in.
Children
This website and its forms are for businesses and working professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen; if you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. A material change to how we use information already held will be told to the people it affects before it takes effect.
